Today the walls in our laundry room were opened up, drywall removed and fan set up. We hope to have this done by the end of the week. What a mess. The couple upstairs had a leak in their washing machine or their pipes. They actually do not know what the problem was yet. I hope they get it fixed and I hope that they will finally get home insurance. This was the second water leak we have had since they bought the condo on the second floor.
Before I had to deal with this stress situation, I took a long weekend and visited Monterey. Alaska Airlines has a non-stop flight between San Diego and Monterey. We have used it many times and it is so convenient.
