Well, whatever the year may bring, I cannot alter it.
But I can work on myself. Maybe in these departments?
- View on life. Stress less about the past, not worry so much about the future, but enjoy the now.
- Health. Continue with the steps toward a healthier Me (yoga, walking, meditation and better portioned meals) and even improve on that
- Recreation. Do what I enjoy more often.
All of the above I have been practicing for a few weeks now and I am happy to say that it has really helped. I am less crabby, have lost some weight, which I gained back over the holidays, but stopped stressing about it. I will keep it up in 2014.
