Where is Macaroon #15?



These are a favorite here at home and so fast and easy to make. Here is the recipe:


Coconut Macaroons


Ingredients:
4 egg-whites
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
250g coconut flakes 


Directions:
In large bowl mix eggwhites until they turn white and form stiff peaks using a handmixer
Add sugar and vanilla, and slowly add coconut flakes.
Form small heaps on a foil covered cookie sheet (using two teaspoons). 
Bake for 35-40 minutes at 295F. Watch when they start turning golden, then remove.
