A few nights ago I felt like Sam the Cooking Guy. I had ground beef and did not know what different dish to cook, besides my usual spaghetti or chili. And then I just got creative. I spiced the meat with fresh herbs from my patio, the last of the fresh basil and parsley. I stuffed the little hamburger patties with feta cheese and off to the grill they went. It was a great treat and we loved them. They tasted a little like Cevapcici. Added some lettuce, tomatoes and onions. And fried some wonderful potato wedges. Yummy.
